1. Information and availability

Renvy is a rental-management product under development by Specus. Developed in Europe and designed for use across countries, it is presented through descriptions, examples and screenshots. Rental, tax and administrative rules vary by country and locally. Translations and examples do not certify compliance with every local rule, country availability or working integrations. Supported countries and integrations will be specified before any future product access. Registration is closed; trials, subscriptions and purchases are not available.

Displayed plan prices are indicative amounts in euros (EUR), excluding VAT. Before any future consumer contract, we will provide the applicable total price including taxes and additional charges, payment and billing terms, contract duration, renewal and termination conditions, statutory withdrawal rights and any exceptions, and legal rights relating to conformity of digital services. The applicable contract and privacy information will also be provided before any commitment. No plan can be purchased on this website.

2. Use of this website

You may browse the site and contact us for information. Do not use it for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or availability, or submit material you are not entitled to disclose. Ordinary links and lawful quotations remain permitted under applicable law.

3. Content and rights

Texts, design, branding and media are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a general licence to redistribute them. A message sent to us does not transfer your rights in its contents. External sites have their own terms and privacy notices.

4. Accuracy and responsibility

Information may change as the product develops. General rental, legal or tax information is not advice tailored to your circumstances. Check the applicable official rules and obtain professional advice when needed. We do not promise uninterrupted website access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

5. Applicable law and disputes

Portuguese law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory provisions that apply to you. Where the conditions of Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation are met for a consumer contract, that choice cannot remove protection under the non-derogable rules of the country where the consumer habitually resides. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. Where Articles 17–19 of the Brussels I bis Regulation apply, the consumer’s rights include bringing proceedings in the courts of their domicile. These terms do not impose an exclusive forum in Lisbon or waive mandatory consumer protections. Browsing or emailing us does not create a product contract.
